Liz is a Soul Purpose Coach & Sound Practitioner who is obsessed with helping women transform their biggest challenges into their super power. Liz has a master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and worked as a therapist for over 10 years. Liz is a certified Beautiful You Life Coach, and a cancer thriver of over 8 years. This life shock led her to her passion of helping women around the world to live lives with joy, purpose and freedom!
She supports women to awaken to who they truly are through deeper inner connection, seeing through the programming and moving beyond limiting beliefs, so that they can live a rewarding soul-led life. As a sound practitioner, Liz is increasingly inviting sound into her coaching practice as well as in person relaxing sound baths.
